Our Portfolio
ORONIS real estate portfolio is diversified both geographically and by rental type. The company’s strategy is to acquire entire buildings in prime locations, assigning different uses to each property based on its unique characteristics.
Currently, long-term residential rentals represent the largest share of the portfolio, although the company’s medium-term objective is to increase the proportion of other rental types.
